[25.06.05]  Hive, the developer of the mobile game “Dragon Village,” today announced that it has received a plaque of appreciation from the Children and Future Foundation (Chairman Lee Hoon-kyu), a social welfare corporation, in recognition of its contributions to promoting child welfare. The plaque was awarded in recognition of Hive's regular sponsorships over the years, as well as the overall warm sharing activities that Hive has been implementing for the healthy growth and happy future of children, the future of our society. One example of such sharing activities is the delivery of ‘Tteokguk Set Meal Boxes’ to low-income children and young adults preparing for independence as part of the ‘Happiness Sharing Project’ during the Lunar New Year holiday in February 2024. The plaque presentation ceremony was held recently at Hive's headquarters with officials from the Children and Future Foundation in attendance. “Supporting the dreams and hopes of children, who are the leaders of the future generation, is an important responsibility of both society and companies,” said Won Se-yeon, CEO of Hive. “Hive will continue to do our best to not only provide entertainment through game content, but also to provide practical help to children in need and contribute to positive social change.” The Children and Future Foundation said in a plaque of appreciation, "Your company has been sharing warmly for the healthy growth and happy future of children. We are deeply grateful for your continued interest and support, and we present this plaque to honor you for a long time to come." Hive will continue to actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility by conducting various social contribution activities in cooperation with specialized organizations such as the Iowa Future Foundation. The Iowa Future Foundation specializes in social contribution projects such as education and mentoring projects, medical support projects, scholarship support projects, and educational environment improvement projects with exemplary companies at home and abroad to realize corporate values and practice social sharing. |
