Shinhan Financial Hope Foundation said Thursday that it has opened its 77th "Shinhan Dream Dodamteo," a joint childcare center, in Jung-gu, Incheon.

Shinhan Dream Dodamteo is a project carried out by the Shinhan Financial Hope Foundation to support 

after-school care activities for elementary school children from dual-income families, reduce the burden of childcare, and prevent career breaks for women.

The Shinhan Financial Hope Foundation has been carrying out a project to build Shinhan Dream Dormitory through a business agreement 

with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family since 2018, and has completed the opening of a total of 77 Shinhan Dream Dormitory sites in cities, 

counties and districts across the country, including Jung-gu, Incheon, which opened this time.

Shinhan Dream Dormitory is currently operating emergency care services for families who are temporarily closed to join the 2.5th stage of social distance due 

to the Corona 19 but need care according to the policies of each local government to minimize the care gap.

The Shinhan Financial Hope Foundation supports not only care services but also various educational programs through Shinhan Dream Dodamteo.

Shinhan Financial Hope Foundation has provided financial education to 315 children for a total of 37 times over the past three months since May, 

and will resume various programs, including children's financial classes, amusement classes and English classes, from the time the social distance level is lowered.
